RECIPE OF THE DAY:
MAYONNAISE (1 1/4 cups) Place
1 whole egg in the bowl of a blender or food processor. Add 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard and 1-2 tablespoons vinegar
or lemon juice. Cover and blend on low speed for about 30 seconds. Then, slowly, in a thin steady stream, pour
in 1 cup of polyunsaturated oil. When all the oil has been added, replace the cover and blend for another minute or
until the mayonnaise is thick. Add salt, pepper, and herbs to taste. This will keep in the refrigerator for one
